PARK PLACE RV PARK RULES

CHECK IN-CHECK OUT

Please register and pre-pay on arrival. Checkout time is 11:00a.m. All guests must register with office. Rents are non transferable and subject to cancellation fees.

SPEED LIMIT

The speed limit in 5 miles per hour within the park for safety and dust control. Please do not drive thorugh sites; stay on the roadways.

PETS

Pets are welcome but must be on a leash at all times. Please clean up after your pet. Pet are not permitted in the park buildings. Pets may not be left unattended outside when owners are away from the park. No aggressive dogs are allowed. Two pets are permitted per site.

CLUBHOUSE

All guests are welcome to use the clubhouse from 8:00 a.m. To 9:00 p.m. This is a no smoking area and alcohol is not permitted unless approved by management.

UTILITIES

Meters are read on the last day of the month and are due on the first.

GENERAL

Quiet time: 10:00 pm until 8:00 am
Courteous and pleasant behavior is appreciated. Excessive noise and partying which disturbs other guests will not be tolerated!
Do not walk through occupied sites.
Garbage should be in sealed plastic bags and placed in Bin at park entrance Only one RV per site. Vehicles must be parked in assigned spaces.
No site campfires, fireworks or generators. Generators can be run 15 minutes, once a month, between 11:00 am & 12:00pm.
Washing of RV’s, ATV’s or autos can only be done by an RV Washer, who bring their own water.
Sewer and water connections must not leak.
Please be considerate of your neighbors when using the internet; no down loading streaming or phones. Each site will be allowed 250 megabytes per day.
If you exceed this, access will be denied temporarily.
Only emergency minor repairs allowed at your site.
RV age restriction is 10 years and only Full Hook-up RV’s are allowed.
No tents.
No outside clotheslines on sites.
The use or display of firearms or weapons are prohibited.
We invite you to join us in the Clubhouse activities, and we encourage you to participate in all of our recreational activities.
